New Battery Fitted - Radio and dash displays not working

I recently had a new battery fitted but now the radio and linked dash display is not working. I was told the battery had been propoerly registered.

What happens is that I turn the radio on and it displays the station for a few seconds then reverts to blanks as below - same on the dash display. It's not the end of the world but it is a bit annoying.

I've tried turning the ignition key to position 1 and holding the power on button but no luck. Anyone know how to fix this?

You just need to reset the clock. It’s in the manual or on YouTube. Easy
