Front headlight condensation

I was hoping if someone could direct me here.

Since ownership ive been getting the common front headlight condensation issue. I was wondering if anyone had any solutions for a fix? I have heard of replacing the outer lense cover but wasnt sure if this will actually fix my problem. Id like to upgrade the bulbs and best case get rid of the orange indicator lights too. Cheers!

Sounds daft but cheapest option may be to find a facelift breaker to get the clear headlights, then sell the rest and you’ll probably end up even.
