Slight Groan/Grind When Turning Right

I have a slight groan/grind that I'm trying to fix, it sounds like it's coming from the passenger side front wheel.

Only happens when turning right at a sharper angle, noticeable on roundabouts.

Looking for any advice on what to try next having already done the below:

New disks/pads/calipers.
Wheel bearing.
Greased the searing rack.
Top mount/strut brace bolts are all tight.

Most of the above needed doing anyway so not too annoyed, but I did hope one of these would fix the noise!

All help appreciated.

Garage checked them during the MOT and said they're fine.

I need to get someone to hang their head out the window and confirm its the front.

You have hydraulic power steering on that don't you? Are you sure it's not just the pump?

This. Mine started like this and got progressively worse. It needed a pump rebuild.

Was just reading up on this as the next item to look at, need to check the fluid levels first and maybe change the reservoir incase the filter's blocked.

What did yours sound like? Mine sounds like tyres rubbing.

If I do go that route, who did the rebuild?

Check all the bolts on the alloy under plate are tight, had a 3.0l that had a grinding noise at low speed manoeuvring and it turned out some of the bolts were loose and two were actually missing. Alloy plate was moving and this caused the grinding noise. Bolts replaced and torqued up sorted it. Car had had a clutch replaced some time before seems whoever did it didn't do the bolts up.

Yes, sounded just like that on sharp right turns, like when parking. It got worse over time until it was sorted out by Automaster, Milton Keynes.

They sent it away to be rebuilt, I don' t know where, try calling them. Great shop anyway to get work done.

I think it just had new bearings and seals, from memory.

Thanks, looks like that the next move then.

Pretty sure Automaster is where I got my Inspection I done, Bit far for me to travel but I was working in the area.
