Style 379 Alloys on E89 30i

Hi all,

First post here so bare with!

I'm looking to put some winter tyres on my Z4 so I can keep enjoying the car through the winter. I live in the south of the UK so no real long term terrible weather but still, rather be safe than sorry.

I've found a nice set of 17" 379 style alloys on marketplace, however, the fitment I believe will be not ideal for a Z4. However, I with 10/15mm spacers front and rear respectively they should sit nicely?

I'd run a set of winter/all weather 225/45 for the next few months

Thoughts on this setup would be much appreciated - I've also attached a photo of the alloys

Cheers
Alex

The offsets are really badly out ..you will need 15/20 on the rear and 15 on the front..not impossible

I’m fine sorting some spacers, but will running something 30mm narrower than I am now affect drivability in any way?

I remember seeing somewhere that OEM 17s were available?

Those alloys are undersized so you’re not going to be able to fit decent width tyres anyway..

My school teacher would say ‘could try harder’…
