Summer tyres

I know it’s probably been asked a million times. But what tyres do people recommend. My wife uses our car as her daily and I have a spare set of wheels for it with winter tires on it. (Mainly to keep salt of the nice diamond cut wheels in winter).

Anyway just swapped to the winter wheel the other day and looking at the summer ones (19 inch). They are proper fucked. Looked ok on the car but the inner edge is knackered. I’ve been running Michelin PS4S tyres on it. Just looked on black circles and they seem to have gone up a lot in price since my last set. (I know everything has). But my question is are they still worth the extra cost over other premium tyres from other brands?

I am going to take the car for a full wheel alignment to see what might be causing the wear on the inner edge of the rear tyres.
 
I recently purchased as set of 799M with Michelin PS4S on them, replaced them with four new Cross Climate 3 Sports (which are great, so much more grip when it's cold and wet than the MPSS) however I now have a set of 255/35 R19'x by 275/35 R19's going spare with over 5.0 mm on them (more on the front) and I was going to put them on here for sale, send me a pm if you are interested.

If you're not than the Goodyear F1 A6's would be my choice offers 99% of the SC7 but are cheaper

cheers for the offer but id prefer new tyres, I want a full set and then get the car full tracked.
