Scottish Coast to Coast 8th-11th May 2026 Now closed

A variation of this coast to coast trip.

Starting at Dunbar and then wandering through the Scottish Borders and Dumfries and Galloway to Ayr for the Saturday night.

Then coming back into the North Pennines stopping near Corbridge on the Sunday night.

Maximum of 8 cars allowed on this trip.

Projected hotel costs around £125 per night. Deposits MAY be required.

First come first served.

Please note this is first and foremost a driving trip with typically 175-200 miles and 5 hours ish of driving a day at a fairly brisk (by some folks views) pace.

Leave by 09:30 each day and plan to arrive before 5 pm each day.

A few stops for coffee and lunch etc but its not a generic site seeing tour!

If you've not been out one of these trips consider going on a day trip first to see if it's for you.

Only Saturday night hotel booking for us though please, we'll stop somewhere south of there on Friday to break the journey up and meet you bright and early in Dunbar Saturday morning. Likely come for dinner on Sunday evening then drive home afterwards. (If you're not sick of us by that point of the weekend )
