I'm looking for a 35i/is, with plenty of history and signs of care. I'll happily consider modified cars if the work is done to a good standard.

I'm only looking for the 2010 onwards/M-Sport cars, and only looking for a DCT. If it's not either of these, I'm not interested. No interest in white cars either.

Slight preference for lower mileage examples, but not specifically looking for garage queens. Budget is £13k, with a tiny bit of flex for the absolute right car.

If you're near to Norfolk or London, all the better.

Thankfully I'm not in a huge rush either. I'd prefer to buy one privately that looks like it's had some love, rather than the couple of attractive ones currently at dealers.

Good time to buy..market remains depressed and convertibles in winter…plenty of choice and dealer versions don’t offer any surety …maybe consider a warranty …or if you feel lucky…

The M4 has been brilliant. Probably the best all-rounder I've ever owned.

But I've got the unexpected opportunity to restore a car that my dad and I have owned for almost 20 years. So the M4 needs to go to free up some cash!

Funny how things tend to come full circle.
 
Didn't find what I wanted, so I bought a pdk Boxster instead. I don't think I'll ever own a 35i at this rate.
