Hi all,

Just a quick post to let fellow enthusiasts know that I’ve listed my 2003 BMW Z4 2.5i on eBay as an auction with no reserve. I thought I’d share it here in case anyone is looking for a project, a daily, or just fancies another Z4 in their collection.

It starts and runs, but the MOT fail means it needs work to get back on the road. The bodywork isn’t the best – I’ve tried to be as honest as possible in the description and photos on the listing.

It could be a good project or even handy for spares as it looks like it has Xenons!
 
Looked like an easy and not too pricey fix up until I spotted that the airbag light is on. It seems from reading comments on here that a 53-plate is likely to need one of the very rare set of control modules. Probably a bit too much for me to tackle as my first foray into the E85?
 
It is fairly rare, and if you can get them from BMW Xenon lights are painfully expensive. 😧

The giveaway is the light switch as there is only one thumbwheel for adjusting the brightness of the dashboard lights. Non Xenon cars have a second one to raise or lower the headlamp beams, but Xenons are self-levelling.

Anyway I hope you get a decent price. :thumbsup:
