Beating the dead horse - Airbag module replacement question/issues

So I got on my hands 2003 (12/2002) E85 (serial LR62362) that came with water damaged Airbag module. The module was totally DOA so I wasn't able to retrieve any information from it except the part number from the sticker: 65.77 6965146. I got the replacement module off eBay (65.77 6939810), that based on Realoem website was a successor for my module.

Superseded by:

Upon the installation I had a bunch of codes including mismached VIN. I corrected the VIN situation with a help of WIN KFP, using ZB number 6962766, programmed used NCS Expert and reset the time with Tool32. The mismached VIN code went away, but the rest of the codes are still there and doesn't make much sense, since they relate to both left and right pillar satellites (if I understand correctly). Both satellites are responding to the inquiries. The part numbers for the satellites are: 6931287 - left, 6931288 - right (may be there are not compatible with 6939810 airbag module?).

The codes that doesn't go away are
9402 - upfront sensor left defective
9403 - upfront sensor right defective
93F0 - BF airbag deactivation error
93FF - upfront sensor left - incorrect identification
9400 - upfront sensor right - incorrect identification
93C7 - Shutdown of module 1 (SBSL)
93C8 - Shutdown of module 2 (SBSR)
93BA - Timeout ID 11H (SBSR battery line (whatever it is))
93BB - Timeout ID 12H (SBSL battery line)
93B1 - Timeout ID 05H (SBSL y)
93B3 - Timeout ID 07H (SBSR y)
93B7 - Timeout ID 0BH (SBSL x)
93B8 - Timeout ID 0CH (SBSR x)
93BC - Timeout ID 20H (SBSL seat occupancy detection)
93BR - Timeout ID 21H (SBSR seat occupancy detection)

Where to dig further? :D

Sounds like a comms error. I wonder if the main module needs telling about the satellite modules in the car.

I can communicate to both pillar modules and both door modules through Inpa. For me it's more like version incompatibility or something from that nature, however I may be totally wrong.
I can't help you with the airbag problem but welcome to the forum
Thank you much! Nice to get back to BMW roots after a long pause :)

If anyone is interested - I ended up swapping the 6939810 module with 6965146. Went through the same process of programming, coding, erasing systemtime etc.. but everything worked right after the process was finished. So either 6939810 it totally not compatible or it was simply bad.

I uploaded the video about my Z4 and somewhere closer to the end of it showed the programming and coding for Airbag module:
