What is the concensus of opinion in regard to car polish and the application thereof

I have no doubt the subject of car polish has been discussed upon this Forum on manifold occasions during the passage of time. This notwithstanding, the new-to-me BMW Z4 S-Drive 35is was delivered to me in the morning of Thursday the Fourteenth of August at a half past ten o'clock. As would be the case with many recipients of a newly acquired motor car I have spent the majority of today cleaning and burnishing the paintwork. Accordingly, I ruminated upon what polishes others find to be more than satisfactory. For myself, I have been using a Maguiars Clay Bar along with the utilisation of a Maguiars Detailing Spray. Following this routine I have applied Pure Carnauba Wax which has proved to be more than effective. I am wondering whether there is a particular polish upon which Forum members have formed a unanimity of opinion.

Lots of great stuff out there. Stick with the big brands (Gyeon, G Techniq, Autoglym) can't go wrong. There trial is in the prepolish clean and diligent hard work in application. Enjoy them all! Some great offers on Geyon sample packs as a first try.

I got bored before I reached the end of the Op's post. Could someone interpret for me?

As a former and present member of the Forum, you should know better. There is no subject upon which Forum members have formed a unanimity of opinion.

Hereunto, the OP has requisitioned mentoring from the forum populace for the purpose of rejuvinating the scintillatingly lambent radiance that his paint once commanded.

You see a succinct answer. Why can't the Op write this well. It's rejuvenating btw. ;)

Because the OP liked verbosity so he could inflict more vocabulary upon us!

Although to misquote from Monty Python and the Holy Grail I think he's buggered orf.
