Headlights are too low, I suspect level sensor issues

Interesting turn of events. I found the level sensor voltage in ProTool. The sensor can have two positions it seems. I think it was initially in the proper position. If you recall, I said the sensor was movable and then it sorta snapped into a different orientation.
I guess that’s the plastic arm moving from one position to another.

When I inspected it just now, the arm was pinned vertically and would display a constant 0.5V. Pic taken from under the car.

I was able to manipulate the plastic arm and it snapped into this resting position. This must have been the original position I found it in a few days ago before I moved it. I am confident that this is the correct arm position. I don’t recall exactly but I think ProTool showed 2V with the rear up on the ramps and it can vary by 0.1V if I press on the trunk.

I have yet to test the headlights as it will not be dark for another 90 minutes. What’s got me scratching my head is that I am confident that it’s back in the original position I found it before I removed the back wheel and manipulated it. So I fear that it will still be aimed low.

The front sensor voltage also varies with pressure that I apply to the front of the car. In my level garage, I am getting 3V front sensor and 1.78V rear.

Can anyone check their values?

Edited to Add:

I drove briefly around the neighborhood. I think it’s much better. I’m still confused though. I distinctly recall manipulating the sensor into one of the resting positions. I can only assume that since I found it vertical tonight, it was horizontal when I initially poked around. It’s not adding up but whatever.
I really wish I had used ProTool initially before doing anything. It would have given a good baseline.
I’ll need to drive through the city at night before I can put this to rest but it’s looking promising. It may only be a fine adjustment via the screws at this point.

Thanks to all for the advice.

If I can briefly come back to this point. I’m an Apple not an Android user but would be prepared to buy a device in order to make use of Protool. Don’t want to spend a fortune or buy something that is under (or over) spec’d. Is it a phone or a tablet I need, has anyone got any recommendations?
I'm an apple house, 6 iphones 3 ipads..just bought a cheap ruggedised chinese android phone off amazon for £70 simple..its a dedicated device just as if I used a foxwell..which I do have..simples

A tablet or phone will work. Determine your budget and go from there. I've seen a youtube video where someone bought a $50 Amazon tablet. Not sure about those as I thought the OS was somewhat locked. You may need to fumble with it.
I like refurbished Samsung Galaxy Phones. They were top of the line (flagship devices) for their era. S21 are like $150, S10 are probably hovering at $100.
A brand new prepaid phone may also work (under $100). It will be a lower spec, but being NEW, it's more advanced in some ways than a flagship older device. Or you can go as cheap as you want really. You will not need to use it often or for long durations, and will more than be capable of handling the one app you will use it for. You will likely want to take screenshots using it, so make sure to learn the button combo for this.

I kinda like the idea of a cheap, used tablet. Buy a nice rugged case for it and make it part of your kit like B21 suggested. If I didn't already have access to an S21, I would have been shopping for a $100-150 tablet and a $20-30 case.
