With the purchase of a nice pressure gauge for my tyres (amazon link), Any idea what pressures i should be running?

I've got replica CSLs, wrapped in Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas

Front: 235/35/R19
Rear: 265/30/R19

Currently i think i've (scarily/weirdly) got:

Front offside: 25psi
Front nearside:31psi
Rear offside: 32psi
Rear nearside: 27psi

I'm aware the 25/27 are wayyyyy out from hat they should be - and i've no idea why they're that low .. but the question is - what should i be setting them all to?

Front 2.0 bar (29psi) Rear 2.2 bar (32psi).

However, a tyre company I consulted said even if it was 30psi all round it would be OK.

cool - lines up with what i was thinking, ill probably do as you say. due some new rears soon but hopefully the pressures being this far out hasnt caused any uneven wear.

That was a particular question I raised with the tyre company and their view was that tyres will quickly wear out when drivers take corners and roundabouts at excessive speeds rather than wear caused as a result of tyres being a pound or two over/under manufacturer's recommended pressures.

Vreds always seem to specify a much higher pressure than the manufacturer !
