I have a 2010 model and I was driving along minding my own business when suddenly I heard bongs, the roof warning light came on the dash and the roof opening button was flashing. This lasted about 15 seconds and then stopped and all was good. Couple of miles later the same thing happened and it cleared again. I got home and the next day drove the car again, same thing after about 15 minutes of driving and then nothing until I got home.
I am not mechanically minded at all but I assume it must be a loose connection or similar, wiring maybe? I did notice a noise behind me each time the warnings started that sounded similar to the doors automatically locking after you drive away - a single clunk if that makes sense. I changed the salmon relays about 2 months ago so I assume it cant be related to them unless they were faulty. Any ideas? Thanks

Another roof problem
Sounds like 1 to 3 broken wires in the rear locking unit, mostly on the left. Just repaired one this afternoon:
