New Brief

Post by jock156 » Fri May 09, 2025 9:13 pm

Well my Zed went to the scrappy yesterday and there was room on the drive

Scoured on line for a few weeks looking for lowish miles and FSH. There are a lot out there that are insanely quick or have been ragged! :( Or both! :o

Got chatting to this bloke Billy who had this 74k, FSH, near enough every receipt and everything else

So, after 3 trains, one tube and umpteen hours THIS is now sitting on my drive! :D

Very comfortable to drive and economical with it

Brian, it’s got a bl00dy roof :poke:

Looks lovely, I’ve got something similar just now, a Leon CUPRA, it’s bloody quick and sore on tyres but I somehow seem to be getting the blame for that :tumbleweed:

Less of that please. A roof is essential living in the UK, unless you like getting wet. And a proper one rather than some sort of pram-like temporary contraption seems like a better idea. :fuelfire:

How do you remove it when the sun is out? :poke:
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.

I've got windows though, and even if I only see half of it that will be fine. :D

Not sure what MikeyH is expecting us to get up to though!

Whatever you do, don't tell Brian that two are fake. They do nothing except look nice.

I like an R Golf, especially with the 'pretoria' wheels. Please tell me it's a manuel and not one of those DCT nonsense things.
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

2024 Audi A4 avant 40 black edition petrol
2025 Ford Focus ST 'track pack'. Go-kart with sat nav.
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half.
      No Z4 anymore!
