Roof Issues
I bought a new roof pump from Amazon and it has no port marking's 11, 12, 13, 14. How do you tell which port is which. I kept the lines seperated and together but have no idea what side they go to.

Welcome to the forum.
As long as you keep 11/13 together and 12/14 together it doesn't really matter.
If the motor tries to move the wrong way simply swap the electrical connectors over.
I have found motors untouched since build that have had the pipes on the wrong ports.
