its taken me a while to find the time to get the video done! But its done!!

to recap the car had a track pack PPF , this era was the start of mainstream PPF so, what patterns are available are pretty basic and not great BUT...... with a fair amount of experience with trying to make BETTER patterns for this car i was able to get a good standard of coverage for this clients z4m. perfect?? no, its not, but its very good and the car protected. The manufacturer is not interested in repatterning the car due to the cost / time involved so .... i set about trying to make them better myself. This car made the install even more difficult with its aftermarket paint job as ive seen all to often poor paint jobs making it near impossible to install.

ive since had a few clients come to me where they have been elsewhere and the fitters have aborted the job midway.

its a long one but....... im sure the forum will enjoy! i'm not a youtuber just a fella that loves his job and loves documenting what we do.

i though some of you may like this video, mainly as its legendary BMW content but more important the carbon black paint which i had NO idea has so much colour to it, once id finished up the paint restoration work i could see blues, purples and i fell in love with carbon black!!! what a colour. Hope you guys enjoy the video!

Well its time for growth spurt!! we've taken on another shop and are currently in the middle of joining the two spaces together with some pretty extensive building works!! this increases capacity by x5 any given time with more storage space, new staff inbound and much shorter lead times! the weve been in this process for around 1.5 weeks and another 1.5 to go but we are CLOSE to joining the two spaces. im So excited to this happen, ill do a walk around video and post it up once its all done and the dust has settled ( excuse the all too real pun)

It's been a mad few weeks.... But we got to the final hurdle , massive shout to my building team that made this happen and of course @topwrapzltd very own Neil for being solid as always. This shop is now enormous , it's solar heated meaning this space is pretty much always in the optimum temp / humidity range for our services. The new space now gives us significantly more flexibility for drop offs and collections not to mention the ability to have another 2-4 staff members ( adverts coming soon). This move will see us make waves in this sector once again as we join forces with other shops to become a true jugganaut.
The clean up operation is no joke and I'm still yet to make a choice on ceiling lighting , I love the idea of one giant led ceiling that can be sectioned and dimmed etc we are working on it over the next fortnight or so. I really had to stop , let everyone go and just take this in yesterday evening. We are about to go super Saiyan . See you all next week.

We are back open from Wednesday 24th April . With our new extension now open we have much more flexibility with drop offs and collections, a proper little waiting area with an Xbox and WiFi on site , but most of all, SPACE. We are still in the same location meaning we are one of very few in central Birmingham so we retain all of our precious accreditation areas. The lighting will be going in soon but I still haven't quite decided on the finished article but for now..... Let's get back to it. Tomorrow sees us wrapping a bumper and after that we start filling up with numerous PPF case studies , a full wrap and some Gtechniq new car protection installs. This space has come JUST at the right time. Welcome back to @topwrapzltd
