No radio or music after phone call.

Kind of a big problem here.

Every time I make or receive a call regardless of if I answer it or not, the car gets stuck on phone mode. If I change the volume it says phone.

I am then unable to select a radio channel or music. Just silence.
I am connected via Apple car play.
I have tried disconnecting the phone and it then Just says Audi source unavailable.

The only way to get radio back is to stop the car, switch it off, open a door and start up again.

Any ideas? I’m running the latest software versions.

Ok so I managed to solve this by resetting I drive. I held the volume button down until it reset. This seems to have solved the problem for now.

So this problem has returned. Solved again with reset.
Anyone else have this issue?

I use my phone through apple carplay, and i dont have this problem.

I use apple carplay too. I think I have figured out what causes this. If i enter the car with a call already running and it switches to the car, that’s when it triggers the problem and I have to reset. Problem hasn’t occurred since so I’ll keep and eye on it.

Also try just restarting your iphone for me its usually the phone causing the problems
