I recently contacted Chris Knott for the first time. The premium quoted was £200 less than what my existing insurer wanted. I had both cars insured with the existing company on separate policies, so there was no reward for loyalty.

I went ahead and insured the Z4 through Chris Knott. The process was handled by a lady called Kim who was pleasant and relaxed throughout and did not use hard sell tactics. Everything was processed promptly before my existing policy expired.

I am a satisfied customer.

They don't always get positive comments on here, but I'm into my 2nd year with them and have no complaints. :)
 
Nowadays many people are quick to criticise and reluctant to praise good service. Let's hope we have done a little to redress the balance.
