First I wouldn't use a high pressure sprayer at a 90 deg angle
I would take the wheels off the car to clean not only the rims but to check the tires for any road damage, nails etc. Also, I would clean the tires so they are black from cleaning all round.
I would put the car on jack stands (at a minimum) or hire a car bay with a lift for the day. It allows you to get those lower body panel parts, under car areas, wheel wells and saves your back at the same time.
I use my microfibre towels so that a corner or edge never touches the car surface.
I spend more time preparing the car for polish than promoting products.
The list goes on but I am sure you get my point.

The detailers here never seem to take the wheels off. VXRMARC has done a Veyron detailing and is famous for the detailing he did on his very own ... Astra!
Cheers,

Isn't that the one where everyone was slagging him for all the attention to his car and not even commenting on the job he did? I thought I recognized the car in the background.spokey wrote:The detailers here never seem to take the wheels off. Yes, I never want to live next door to you as I'd spend all my time trying to get just a little more shine out of my car to keep up with you!20ducks wrote:First I wouldn't use a high pressure sprayer at a 90 deg angle
