I think it's just one of those things.
My Disco 3 did this from brand new out of the box and still does. If it's parked nose uphill it goes boing, downhill no boing.

I just live with it.

So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

Beep Warning Sensor When Starting Engine

Ed Doe wrote: Fri Aug 29, 2014 3:27 pm I believe it does it when the temperatures start to drop; but I believe it beeps at ~3C, so surely it can't be happening at the minute for that reason?

To add, mine has never done this, but then I never leave it in reverse having parked! I do also start it with the door open with no issue
Mine has started doing this just today, can only assume it’s related to the cold weather, but there’s also a different 2 beeps for the cold weather warning once the car is started!

So I’ve got 3 beeps, one when I turn the key in the ignition without turning it on, then the normal double beep for cold weather! Very puzzling.
