I fitted one to my 1st Z4 and it was so much better than the OE one I put it on my next 2 as well!
You could also try Sopers of Lincoln and/or Cotswold BMW as they both give a forum discount. Just avoid any that are way cheaper as they are unlikely to be the genuine part.
