Z4MC Owner Says a sad goodbye...Until Next Time!

Ok so I will confess the Z4MC was sold a couple of weeks ago to very nice chap. However its taken a couple of weeks to get over this fact and write this post. I am still totally gutted but for personal reasons the interlagos blue Z4M coupe was sold. I had a great bank (yest had) balance but no smile. For days I mulled over what I had done! Had such an amazing experience with such a characterful car. I still haven't seen another on the road since her departure.....

Firstly thank you all for providing me the knowledge to buy the car, then the banter whilst ownership – its been fantastic. I am not saying goodbye as I will still come on here for the good positive conversation. And who knows, another time and another reason might make me purchase one again! There is no replacement yet but will keep you posted if anything interesting as the M comes along….that will be difficult!
some great memories..... until next time….

A good time to cash your chips in, so not a totally unwise move...

you can always get back in the game if you don't find anything to replace it, happy shopping in the meantime :driving:

This certainly reflects the current market swing in values from the coupe going down & the roady going up :D strange days

That's a shame Ravi

Did you sell to your other half like James Bond? Kept that very quiet.

What's next then?

Hmmmm

The 3 cheapest M cars out there at the moment are roadies, all in the £13's...

There all on the slide it seems?

If £13k for a roady is a slide then happy days & if current trend continues should leave you sweet for a return to ///Motoring
I suspect the dust will settle once again come Autumn with roadies around £11500 & coupes around £13500

Nah..

Had them both, so unless one came up ( very) cheap i won't bother again..

Bit long in the tooth and expensive problems becoming more prevalent put me off..

3 Coupes down with Ruby  sad times :? who's next ?

I seem to have started a trend....
Sorry you had to let the MC go Fast3000 :(

I would guess at 10 coupes have gone this year off the forum, 4 in the last month alone..

Not sure on roadies but probably similar numbers..

Yea probably about right , so about 2% of numbered cars causing barely even a ripple on the market , seasonal change as ever will be the biggest sell/keep factor that affects prices .
Be good to know the actual numbers of forum members with cars in % terms to numbers made
20/25% maybe ?

There never seems to be a lot for sale at any one time ..

Between 10-15 Z4M's usually...

The really expensive ones seemed to have dropped off the map lately...

I'm suprised the imola roady is still around with low miles..and the black roady with 43 k on seems a bargain to me..

Weird market at the moment..
