Advertised Monday afternoon.
A guy phoned Monday evening and said he wanted to view it Saturday (today)
He phoned again Tuesday morning to ask "do I want a deposit?", and he bought it over the phone, subject to seeing it.
He came today and obviously after seeing it, sale completed.

Dearer than a lot of others on PH but mine was as described, unlike some I had viewed in the past on there.

Who says the market is slow?
