Z4M / M3 Lower Control Arm Bushes & RTAB

Hello Z4 experts.

I need some help with the Z4M LCABs.
I have an E85 3.0 and I'm currently changing a few bushes and other bits before my alignment. I want the Z4M bushes which are offset for the additional caster. I'm just struggling to find anything for a reasonable cost. So far I have found BMW ones for about £140 each! Or Powerflex for about £160 a pair. Ideally I would like OEM or rubber ones rather than poly. Some seem to say Z4M too, but show central ones.
Can anyone recommend from experience which to get?

Additionally to this, I'm looking to replace the RTABs, just with OEM. I'm looking at the limiters on top of these, hoping this is somewhere between OEM and poly? I want to keep the compliance in all directions but stiffen it up. Rather than eliminate some compliance with poly.

And whilst I'm changing bushes etc. Anything else to recommend I may have overlooked? Car is a daily and used occasionally for track and Nurburg trips.

Thanks!

Just fyi, with the rtab... I went for standard (too many NVH concerns with poly/aspherical), and found BMW directly through cheapest source for them

Be aware - the E36 & E46 M3 and E85/E86 all share the upgraded (in some way) rtab. But the other E36/E46 models all have a compatible, but different parts

Every third party bush I found quoted the non-upgraded part number, so I played it safe and went with BMW, to ensure I got the right part.

This is good information to know, thanks!

When I did my fcabs on my 3.0i I did solid from SLRSpeed. Helped turn in feel sharper, at the cost of a little NVH when it was my daily. Would say that shock dampening/compression setting made a lot more NVH difference than bushings.

Did solid fcabs and rtabs on my M, same feeling. Although this time the rear felt a bit more keen to rotate along with the front. I installed them at the same time as coilovers though so I don't have a good gauge for what part changed what handling characteristic on the M.

I too have been looking at this option. And have stumbled into your issues. Condor Speed (Florida based) looks like an option. But I've no idea about NVH.

Edit. Seems Power flex bushes are not off the shelf either

These look great, and can be pressed into the carriers which I like. It just raises another question, of do I have 21mm or 23mm hex!? I recently replaced my passenger side with a MOOG arm, so I am also not sure if both arms will be the same! I have currently got the central Powerflex bushes fitted, so I suppose I can just make sure to get the same size as those.
