Anyone possibly breaking a Z4M? Been after this for a while and whilst bmw haven’t discontinued the part it’s remained available with no date for 6 months or so now. Part number 51717837560

Save yourself a bunch of cash and hassle and buy one for a regular e85/6. They're identical apart from a small (marked) area that is removed for the M version. Simple job to dremel off.
part# 51717012728 I think. I paid about £120 a year ago.

Definitely the same apart from that? There were some for sale on here a few months back but I was told they’re different.

If you’re right you’ve just saved me a ton of hassle and money. Was looking at getting one from the states which would’ve cost over £300 inc postage!!

I also used the cheaper ones from z4 on my M. There are some folks who even used some from China for very little money.
