If your talking about the hatch/tailgate, then they’re identical, as are the rear wings.

Only bodywork difference back there is the bumper, and the internals of the boot/trunk to house the different battery location.

Are you suggesting the Z4M Coupe has a larger wing than the standard Coupe? As mentioned above, they’re identical so you’d get no benefit.

Perhaps you’ve seen an aftermarket item?

Probably just looks different because the M is disappearing into the distance more quickly.....
