Hi All,
I have a lovely MC available. However its a slightly complicated situation with regards to timing which in light of offering full disclosure and not wasting anyone's time I have described at the end of the advert.
Here’s the key info on the car:
- 2007 Z4M Coupe
- Reg: NX07 LXP
- 57k Miles
- I’m the 7th owner, but it’s only had 2 in the past 5 years, I’ve owned the car since September 2016. It’s my third Z4, two previous being 3.0 coupes.
- Individual Midnight Blue
- Individual Champagne Interior
- Full service history
- Heated seats
- Piano black interior trim
- Professional Navigation
- Rear parking sensors
- Stromung exhaust
- RPI intake
- Replica CSL 19” wheels (the car came on these, but I’ve purchased a set of unmarked original 224M wheels which are boxed up in a mate’s garage)
£22,000 with the CSLs on and 224Ms boxed, or £21,500 with just the CSLs per the photos.
Service history is complete per recommended intervals (Miles / Date / Details):
- 1,105 / Apr 2007 / Running in service
- 12,600 / Feb 2009 / Oil service
- 23,869 / Mar 2011 / Inspection 1
- 28,893 / July 2014 / Oil service
- 41,382 / Feb 2016 / Inspection 2
- 53,640 / May 2017 / Oil service
- Although not due Inspection 1 for a while on mileage basis. I have it booked into a specialist for a fresh MOT and oil service on 24th May.
A key point to mention is that in 2017 at 53k miles I discovered some corrosion on the inside of the rear hatch and on the leading edge of the bonnet underside. I claimed for this under the BMW anti-corrosion warranty, the outcome being a strip and repaint of the inside of the hatch and a new bonnet. At the same time BMW performed a full corrosion inspection to make sure the rest of the car was OK. As the bonnet was being replaced and therefore painted, I took this opportunity to spend £650 getting BMW to strip and repaint the front wings and bumper at the same time. That took care of any stone chips and guaranteed a consistent colour match. I was very happy with the results, it looks fantastic, factory fresh.
Once complete and prior to going into storage I had a full paint and leather protection session completed by a company called Design By Detail (www.designbydetail.co.uk).
The photos below are after that work and hopefully show how well it came out.
On to the timing: In July 2017 I was sent on an overseas secondment with work to Singapore for two years. The Z4 has been in professional dry storage since, being periodically exercised by the storage company along with me using the car whenever I’ve been back in the UK. They are meticulous in their storage service, it’s in better hands with them than it would be anywhere else. As a result very few miles have been put on the car in the last 2 years. It has been MOT’d throughout this time, about to expire and booked in for a fresh MOT on 24th May as mentioned above.
My secondment has since been extended to the end of 2020. I’m planning to buy something special next year before I move back and so it no longer makes sense to keep the Z4 when I know my ultimate plan is to sell it.
I’m back in the UK for the last two weeks in May, and will be at other times during the year. As long as I sell the car in the next 12 months I'm happy so no silly offers please. I'm listing it now as the buyer will have an opportunity to have 12 months MOT and a fresh service.
If you're interested and feel this works for you then please drop me a PM.
Much appreciated,
Dean
