Title says it all really. I am looking for an M coupe as a track car base. Probably looking at 100K miler for this kind of money, but I don’t really want to mess with a low mileage example if I can help it as it seems a bit of a waste.

(Plus I have a low mileage 3.0 Coupe all ready in the garage).

Thanks

I am guessing you missed the black 128K miler for £12999 on autotrader two weeks ago then. :-)

In fact, if someone else hadn't been more eagle eyed than me and dropped a deposit about an hour before I phoned up, I wouldn't even need this thread!

Agree £13K is bottom of the market, I would prefer to pay a grand or two more for something a bit cleaner.

That said the whole M car market (and 'fun cars' in general) have taken a bit of a dive in the last 6 months and prices have lost some steam. A year ago, I could have probably got £14K for my mint 'owned for 15 years' 29K mile 3.0 Coupe but I would be surprised if I could get £11K for it now.

Anyway - Anyone selling - Give me a shout.

Are you looking to sell your low mile Coupe?

Considering a 3.0si Coupe with 56k miles had been deposited on Autotrader at £15k I wouldn’t be selling a 29k one for 11k and if you are let me know. I’ll happily buy it and sell it for more if you like haha!

Well first off welcome to the forum finally after 15 years of Z4 ownership!

Back in Autumn 2019 I went to see a 100K+ mile MC at a trader a mile from my house that was up for £12,995 on behalf of a forum member in Staffordshire. It was the unaccompanied test drive that convinced me I needed one!

Hopefully one will turn up, but you may need to be patient seeing as only 592 MCs came to the UK.

592 cars does make it more of a challenge. I will probably end up with a E92 M3 like everyone else, but I might as well ask.

Thanks for the welcome guys. The Z4 is not for sale sale, although good to know clean ones are holding their money.
