Z4 Shocks

Hey guys, trying to sort the suspension out on the Z4, I was getting a 'double wobble' when hitting bumps particularly drivers side, popped the bonnet and noticed that the top mount rubbers were cracked, all the bushings, ball joints appear good (replaced in last couple of years) and no play at all on last MOT. It appears the shocks are truly knackered with 120K miles on them. I have the M sport suspension with it being a 3.0, I am going for Billstein B4 shocks all round after reading carious forum posts. While I am under there doing them is there any logical 'upgrade' from the springs to go for that still give the 15mm drop but are in some way softer on the ass? Getting old these days..... :lol: £350 for all 4 shocks on eBay seems to be the best deal i can find.

Eibachs will drop slightly more but with better ride. I'm very happy with the B12 kit but you're looking at about £700 for springs and shocks all round.

Recently bought a B12 kit from eBay, less than £600. link here. Far better than just changing to B4 shocks IMO.

(went for the 3.0i kit, as its compatible with the Alpinas as well...)
