That effect on the lights is that done in camera or PP i know if you use a high F number you can create this but i think it has to be done with a long exposure

Shot 3 would superb if you were moving

Hi Gaz

I have been reliably informed that a starburst filter was used on the lens. Photography is sadly not my forte!

Hi Sean

The camera was a Nikon D40x. The pics have been edited a fair bit but for a gloomy day in the Welsh mountains they've come out ok :)
