This don't seem right

A pre facelift car registered at least 3 years after they changed over.
I guess it was one that BMW forgot about and was stashed away somewhere. But I'd be checking the V5 and all the numbers before parting with any cash.

Weird for it to be hanging around for that long! Maybe it was a dealership car or something?
 
Seems like a lot of money for a 2003 car. Surely there's no logic to paying a premium price just because it was registered at the age of 5?

I would certainly want to know what it was doing for its first 5 years.
