Yes you can get the M steering wheel without the multifunction. I got mine with black stiching instead of red and blue and the part number I used was 32307906779 and I paid £220.50 from the dealers. I also fitted it myself which is easy enough to do as I followed one of the tutorials on here, which was excellent. For the air bag I just used the same one, as jarrow said they are the same for the z4 as long as you use the wheel above.
