Z4, How many months per year?

Hi everyone, I plan on storing the Z4 during the worst of winter, but I was just wondering for those who live in the Northeast US (or snowy areas)...

How long through the year do you all drive your Z? Or...asked another way, how many months out of the year is your Z stored in the garage?

I drive my Zed all year around. Winter tires go on around mid November and come off mid March. For the most part I avoid driving in the snow. I run winter tire mostly because summer performance tires preform poorly in cold temps. If I do drive in snow I wait until the roads have been plowed so that I am dealing with just packed down snow for the most part.

I get 7 months of driving the zeds. Give or take a month, sometimes the weather is friendly and I get an extra week or two. Then the insurance comes off and the trickle charger goes on....

I usually put her away early December and bring her back out sometime in March... weather permitting.

Last weekend was warm in Toronto (for March anyway) and I drove the car all day long.

The good thing about storing the car for the winter is that you appreciated it that much more when you take it out in the spring.

Last Saturday was like Christmas morning!!!
