Z4 Hard Top roof

Looking for a black hard top roof for Z4 2006 model (08 plate)

Looked on ebay but couldnt find any, wondered if you guys knew of any suppliers. Wanted to avoid the stealers as I'd quite like to keep my right arm

Sorry to upset but black seems to be rare. I know at least one other person hunting a black one (not me - mine's on for Winter )so you may well wish to consider another colour and respray it. Should be no more than £150 to spray and btw they are the same regardless of year.

They are the same? For some reason I thought that the older ones had the spoiler at the back whilst the newer one did not? Could be wrong of course but I seem to remember a discussion where someone stated that they preferred the older style hardtop.

I was not aware that they removed the spoiler on later models, but you could be right?? The 2008 brochure still shows it withthe spoiler but it could be an older photo.

In terms of fit though any age will fit the car

I see a Titanium Silver went for over £1,200 yesterday

Hi man I am looking for a top a well ,seems like because winters on the way the prices have gone into orbit . I saw a black one go on e bay couple of weeks ago for £1141.00 to much money man !!! .I would wait till summer prices will ease a lot then I hope .

Yeah I agree - it's crazy for the price of a roof. Although I do wonder what peoples reasons are for putting a hard top on a roof

Mine is my car will be sat at the airport for 3 weeks of the month unil Feb and also from a security point of view to stop anyone having a go at the fabric with a knife

My local beema garage just quoted me £1,895 inc VAT with a lead time of 3 to 5 working days - Not paying that, gonna keep my eyes open

Although I do wonder what peoples reasons are for putting a hard top on a roof

Winter comfort noise warmth visibility, etc. Style (Some love the look others not), 2nd car for Winter (Coupe...lol), less wear and tear on the softtop in poor weather and so on and for sure security which is why some end up on most of the year.
