Z4 E89 wheel question

I have just bought a 09 plate E89 3.0i collecting on Monday next week it has style 294 18" 2 piece wheels on which are very nice but always like bigger wheels ,
Can I fit my style 311 BMW X1 wheels on which are 8j x 19 et30 fronts & 9j x 19 et41 rears , tyres are 225/40/19 , 255/35/19 as i had only done 200 miles on them before trading my wifes car in for a new one ?
They are the dreaded runflats although I have a set of Vredestein 225/40/19 , 255/35/19 wintrac extreme that i can fit for the winter .
I also have a set of 2016 style 398 18" off a F30 in orbit grey front 8j x 18 et34 , rears 8.5j x 18 et47 , tyres Michelin pilot supersport 225/45/18 , 255/40/18 which i could use for winter wheels either ?

All will fit , the F30 rears not a great look RE offset though so probably want a 12mm / 15mm spacer on those to take the wheel face out
Tyre sizes are upsized but that imo is for the good though depending on ride height & drive style ( ie thrashing through the twisties ) you may get a very slight rub on front on full compression with the 225 40 on 8j

Hi thanks for that I wasn't sure on the tyres on the 19" and thought the F30 s maybe to much offset !
