Do you mean the in-built navigation? As far as I know there is no link between BMW and TomTom.
Assuming you mean navigation, and the car has PDC sensors, the display should bring the screen up automatically upon selecting reverse. Otherwise, you can press the PDC button on the dash to bring this screen up on the display at any time.
