Has anyone managed it?
I have found this post on another forum and a guy has done it.

Apparently the feet from a 7 series fit, but he hasn't specified which model or year etc.
I really would like to do this so I could put my ski / bike rack on the roof.
Anybody have any ideas? I have joined the forum and tried to PM him to get more info, but looks like he hasn't posted for a few months, so hope he hasn't left!
