Z4 Coupe for sale on Autotrader - thoughts?

I recently joined the forum. I've been looking on here, autotrader and pistonheads for aaaaaages trying to find a low mileage black coupe with black leather.

You all seem like a good bunch so I wondered if you could help me out? I'm going to look at Z4 Coupe tomorrow that's on Autotrader and wondered if any of you knew the car or had any thoughts on the price/spec.

I've been looking for a long time now and black Z4's with black interior seem to rarely become available and if they do they're snapped up pretty quick.

I've heard different opinions about manual vs auto. I'm trying to keep an open mind and give the auto a go.

Auto's are good. I was after an Auto first as i've got knackered knees

Like this, when a decent spec manual came up for sale i had to snap it up as they were going quick.

As for price, reckon you should be looking at 14k.

CAP says

Average dealer retail - £13,350 - £14,550
Private sale price - £12,650 - £13,200
Trade in clean - £10,250 - £10,950
Trade in average - £9,525 - £10,150

Looks in fine fettle but as DPG the price is on the steep side :wink:
I found the auto a great peformer in all modes

On ebay for 11250, also had two new rear springs fitted this week (nearside one broke, changed both, so also have a second hand spare)

A quick update.

I bought the car in the end. Amazing...

If anyone's thinking of buying a Z4. Go and do it!

I'll try and upload some pics once i've given the car a clean. I'm going to head over the detailing section to double check my shopping list.
