As the latest Z4 for sale thread (now deleted) turned out to be a trader who didn't declare it:
Should the selling rules dictate that a seller must confirm that the car belongs to them and the V5c shows their home address? Or if not the former, they need to say why not?
 
Come on mate stop being daft - you might as well put up a poll to ask if you should breath out after you've breathed in :D
