I know it says genuine but can anybody say based on the picture if it's real OEM.

Description didn't mention it coming from a dealer. Could be a fake they bought of eBay.

All reads as OEM - perhaps send the guy a message just to confirm. Have a look at the link which shows the outdoor cover fitted to a Zed - the material for the bag certainly looks the same quality as the cover.

I've got the official car cover from BMW and this one on eBay is the real deal. It comes in its own little bag that is attached to the actual cover. its a great cover and fits like a glove. Well worth getting one to protect the roof from bird poop, tree sap etc...
