Yorkshire Newbie

Hi,

Been lurking on the forum for the past month or so, since I acquired my 2.5 2004 Z4. Already used much of the great advice that I’ve read up on here Thought it’s only polite to say hello.

Loving my Z4, even more now I’ve had the front wheel bearings replaced so now I can hear the engine rather than the noisy bearings.

Quick forum question…. I’m not seeing any date stamps on posts. Is this feature not available on this forum? Or am I missing something?

Gorgeous motor that Dave! Caught a good day for the photo recently then? We havent had too much sun in Yorkshire :rofl: I'm in Huddersfield and 1 month in to my E86 Z4 ownership and loving it so far. I'm sure you will too.
I'd like to know the dateless post query as well actually because I'm seeing the same! I'm sure some more qualified member will help us shortly.

Cheers all. I’m very pleased with it. Made the most of the heat wave weekend before last.

As for the date stamp, it would seem if I log out, I can see the date of each post, but when I log back in, I can’t!

Try logging out.

I am not 100% sure, but if click on your name at the very top right, then click on 'User Control Panel', then Board Preferences edit display options Set the 'date format' away from Custom. As I say I am not 100% sure but while you are in there you can set it up the way you want. Below is what you should see.
