Xenon warning stickers

I have just tidied top the slam panel to engine bay of my E86 and the Xenon warning stickers had perished and also need to be removed as I painted the panel.

Can anyone advise where I can get the stickers from and a part code?

Just went through this, the sticker you are talking about is 71218022738 BMW calls this sticker Individual on RealOEM.
I ordered 2 new ones online and had my money refunded 3 times at 3 different dealers, then saying Sorry, no longer available.
I found 1 place where I ordered and so far they haven't refunded my money so I'm hoping they arrive.

Are these on the (metal) slam panel itself? Or are they stuck to the plastic cover which covers the radiator on top of the slam panel?

I've seen them on both, I think pre facelift they were on the plastic rad cover, post facelift they were on the slam panel.
