i think you need to get out an ammeter, see if anything is drawing current, may just be a duff battery

got a proper ammeter (ta dad!) so shouldn't be too hard...

6-8 months old. Used for about 2-3 weeks before my exhaust conversion. 4 year warranty, top of the range Halfords, sitting in my warehouse on battery tender in case I need it for my Jeeps. Cost £100
Seems a bit of a waste.

side tracking a bit, but why didn't you just get it from BMW? it's only another £20 or so more.

I actually found that BMW was cheaper then Halfords ...

Can't remember exactly the price, CCA, but this is a better battery than BMW provide, but more importantly BMW batteries only ever carry a 1 year warranty and Halfords a 4 year.

A weekend on the Jeep later in their 4 year life with some deep draining with the winch and I find a new warranty one is often needed :wink:
