Engines are arriving in SC for final assembly for the X6s. Friend of mine who works at the plant dropped in today. He also said the new assembly building should be up and operational in July. Right now, the X5, X6 and X3 are all that are slated to be built there. Sure, they're over the top, but I sure would like to throw one around at the Performance Center. :driving:
 
I'm using the little willpower I have to refrain myself from replacing my X5 by an X5M. :? I wish BMW would call it MX5 just to piss off Mazda. :lol:

The latest models from BMW's M Division arrive in U.S. Dealers this Fall.
Woodcliff Lake, NJ - April 27, 2009... On the occasion of the world debut of the BMW X5 M at the Shanghai International Auto Show, BMW today announced U.S. retail pricing for both the X5 M and the X6 M. The X6 M was unveiled for the first time at the New York International Auto Show on April 8th. When the X5 M and X6 M go on sale this fall as 2010 model vehicles, they will retail for $86,225 and $89,725 respectively (including $825 Destination & Handling).

And that's the U.S. pricing. :cry: The canadian pricing + 13% sales tax will get you in the six figures. Suddenly, my 4.8i is quite nice.
