Would these fit my car?

I have a 2.5si with 108s, i'm looking for some different alloys to put some inter tryes on as im going to be commuting through some a and b roads through winter. Would these fit?
Any help would be appreciated.

Possibly fit over the calipers, but I'm fairly sure the offset is wrong. I can't remember what the Z4 was but I was searching recently and ET34 doesn't seem familiar. Someone with more knowledge will be able to tell you how much difference a few mm makes.
 
I did look into E9x wheels but as cj_eds mentioned, doubt they'll fit, the ones from E46 on the other hand, I believe to fit.
