Wiring multifunction buttons into an android

Hi guys i have fitted an android stereo into my new z4 and all is well. I would like to wire in the steering wheel controls to the unit but i am unsure which pins they need spliced onto on the quadlock connector i have. Anyone know the specifics? I am looking for a swc1 swc2 and ground wires to connect from the android stereo.

Could I ask which stereo you went for or if you have a link to it
Cheers

Hi there it is an xtrons d788a stereo. The two wires that link into it should be ground and swc1 and swc2 but they might be analogue and my z4 is digital? Or they might just tap into it and work I had a business cd stereo in and the multifunction connections are there i just dont know which wires on which block they are. Thanks robert.

I'll look up the wiring diagrams tonight to see if they are any help. PM me your VIN so I can see what stereo it came with.

It looks like the MFSW sends a signal along the K-Bus. There is one power input and what looks like one ground.

So does this mean i need a little convertor box? or can i attach the k bus output to one of the two swc lines on my stereo. I think i already know the answer. 40 quid to make my buttons work.
