Wiper rubbing on bonnet

Hi all

Today I have discovered that my drivers side wiper has been rubbing on the underside of the bonnet and has worn a massive groove into it.

The arm is quite wobbly when you grab it and will move up and down noticeably where the other one won't.

Any ideas on what's wrong and how to fix it???
 
Sounds like the nut could be loose. Remove the cover and tighten with 13mm spanner/socket from memory.
