Windows not dropping with top

Left the ignition on acc on for a couple of days and flattened the battery. Has charged up ok but now, when, I put the top up (or down) the windows no longer drop before the top starts moving. What do I need to do to get it back to how it was? Thanks in advance.

Yeh, you just need to run through the window reset procedure.

As soon as I put the hood down everything worked perfectly first up......was clearly having a sulk yesterday. Have put the window reset procedure in my file, obviously it's going to be a big one.
