For instance, if I was to fit some sun-blocking tints in a mirrored style, they'd only block 10-20% of the light, but 90-100% of the UV, thus making the car cooler inside.
From the inside I could see very well, but from the outside you'll see a brassy reflection. If they measure from the inside out then it'll show a pass, but it will fail in the other direction.
Also what if you stay away from tints completely and use the new posterised vinyl effects - like the adverts they have all over the side of buses which cover the windows but you can still see out of those same windows.
Hmmm, I'm just thinking of the fun you could have with graphics on your windows...mmm-five said:Also what if you stay away from tints completely and use the new posterised vinyl effects - like the adverts they have all over the side of buses which cover the windows but you can still see out of those same windows.

Agree on that one unless its a long long journey and cold and as for tints not a fan sorry would leave well alone

Here here... I do not understand why on earth people drive with roof down and windows up?!
When it's minus feckin 2 degrees I still like having the roof down, but the windows up helps keep me warm enough to stand it LOL

When you had your windows tinted, did they have to take the door cards off?
