Window regulator part help

Is this the right part for the PASSENGER side of my car? Too daft to know what left means - sitting in the car left hand or looking at it from the front left side.

MOT is due, will it fail without the passenger window working?

Your guess is as good as mine on left or right.

But i think you should be ok for the mot - ask them.
 
The reference frame for auto parts should always be relative to the driver sitting in the car, but on ebay, who knows?
In your case, the purple arrow of this diagram farther down the page you reference confirms left is passenger side of RHD car.

You'r OK it's not an MOT item.

Having looked at repairing my cable/clip and seeing what a fiddle it would be to replace the cable I went for the complete regulator unit; questions has anyone used this repair item yet and will it work?

They suggest it's suitable for Z4 E85/86 2003-2012 which doesn't inspire confidence to start with :?

Hi guys,

This is my first post :-) Irish guy here, bought my baby a few months ago now & only found this fantastic site this weekend !

Just wondering if you had any luck with the window regulator? Both my drivers & passengers side have gone and need replacing....

I took my drivers door apart yesterday and have found that the cable has snapped.... I am considering purchasing the exact same repair kit on eBay as linked above, but wanted to know how it worked for you......
